To allow our technicians access to help and support you, please use the following:

1. Once off access:
  • Close your current TeamViewer (if it is running/installed - usually a Blue/White icon next to your Date and Time displayed right bottom corner of your screen; just right click it and click Exit)
  • Then click the following link and run the application: https://get.teamviewer.com/hxavfkq

2. Permanent access:
  • Close your current TeamViewer (if it is running/installed - usually a Blue/White icon next to your Date and Time displayed right bottom corner of your screen; just right click it and click Exit)
  • Uninstall your current TeamViewer using the Control Panel - the technician will guide you if you do not know how.
  • Then click the following link and run the application: https://get.teamviewer.com/a7hyfz6

3. If you use TeamViewer yourself to connect to other people and you have TeamViewer 12 and later installed:
  • Close your current TeamViewer (if it is running/installed - usually a Blue/White icon next to your Date and Time displayed right bottom corner of your screen; just right click it and click Exit)
  • Uninstall your current TeamViewer using the Control Panel - the technician will guide you if you do not know how.
  • Then click the following link and run the application: http://download.teamviewer.com/download/version_11x/TeamViewer_Setup.exe 

After opting for options 1, 2 or 3, please communicate Your TeamViewer ID and random password to the technician.
