The Grid includes a completely automated, yet fully customizable report generator. Unlike the full Report Designer available in MyCon where you design your data and every smallest detail of your report yourself, the grid reporting works explicitly and directly on how your grid looks like at the time when you invoke the reporter, i.e. when you click Print or Preview or Designer, etc.
When your Grid is visible you can find all the reporting tools on the right click or Grid toolbar menu. Just clicking Preview will open a complete preview and design environment where you can change headings, excludes grid items from the report etc. 
The best way to go about making a splendid report in this manner is by customizing the grid and data layout exactly as you wish it to appear when printing, then click Preview and change the minor details of the report. After setting up your layout to your heart's content, you can print this report or save it in any of multiple formats, like PDF, XLS, HTML, XML, Text, RTF, Text, etc. From the designer you can also save these reports or load previously made ones into the designer. 
These reports do not appear in your Folders list, currently that is reserved only for full report templates and archived reports.
